Praises & Prayers

Here we will keep an ongoing list of things we are thankful for and things that need prayer. We invite you to join us in praising God and asking Him for these things. 


Christ said, "You will receive whatever you ask for in prayer, if you believe." Matthew 21:22 

Praises:

• a successful surgery on my knee
• they were able to repair the meniscus without having to remove it entirely
• it looks like I will be covered under Young Life insurance for my surgery since I was injured during a Young Life event - they will be able to cover most, if not all of our out-of-pocket expenses
• a wonderful, supportive church family who has gone over and above for us during this time

Prayers:

• A cheap or free place to live in Greensboro, closer to the church and the kids I work with
• financial provision for Jessie's 2nd year of graduate school
• a quick and speedy recovery from my knee surgery - and less pain, please!
• for God to prepare and work in the hearts of the kids going to camp with me in June
